Refund policy

Digital products

All products sold by Shorts Creators (operated by KINTU HUB LLC) are digital ebooks in PDF format, delivered instantly by download link after purchase. Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download link has been issued.

Problems with your order

If your file is damaged, incomplete, will not open, or you were charged twice or for the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at kintu@kintu.org with your order number. We will send you a working file or, if we cannot fix the problem, issue a refund to your original payment method.

Did not receive your download?

Check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us and we will resend your link.
